Return Window

• Our return policy allows returns within 5 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and neatly packaged.

• All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included where applicable.

• Returns will only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.

• We do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

How to Request a Return

• Contact REEM by Maryam within 5 days of purchase and provide your order details.

• Share clear photographs or a short video showing the manufacturing defect.

• Do not wear, wash, alter, perfume, stain, or damage the item while the request is being reviewed.

• A return is only considered approved after confirmation from REEM by Maryam.

Return Conditions

• Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

• Damage caused by wear, washing, improper handling, or alteration is not considered a manufacturing defect.

• Minor variations in embroidery placement, print alignment, handmade details, or color are not necessarily defects.

• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

• Return shipping instructions and any applicable shipping responsibility will be shared when a return request is approved.

• Custom, altered, personalized, pre-order, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists.
